We do our estimation in 2 steps. First, a general discussion with the customer about what they need via email or phone. Then we do an intake evaluation at the initial schedule appointment to catch any incidentals that may come up in the process of doing the service–looking at “wear” parts and whether or not chains, tires, tubes, brake pads, etc. need to be replaced. At that time we will give you a more detailed timeline and estimate regarding the service.

Bicycle Fitting

Why Bike Fitting Matters

Ride smarter. Go farther. Feel better.

A proper bike fit isn’t just for pros—it’s for anyone who wants to ride more comfortably, more efficiently, and with fewer aches and pains.

Whether you’re logging long miles, training for a race, or just trying to enjoy your weekend rides more, a professional bike fit can transform the way your bike feels beneath you.

Benefits of a Professional Bike Fit:

Comfort
Say goodbye to numb hands, sore backs, and aching knees. A good fit supports your body so you can ride longer without discomfort.

Injury Prevention
Small misalignments can turn into big problems over time. A proper fit reduces strain on joints, tendons, and muscles, helping you stay injury-free and in the saddle.

Efficiency
When your body is in the right position, every pedal stroke counts. Maximize your power output and conserve energy with a fit that works with your body—not against it.

Confidence & Control
A dialed-in position gives you better handling, stability, and responsiveness—especially important on fast descents, technical trails, or during races.

Personalized to You
No two riders are alike. We consider your flexibility, riding style, goals, and history to make sure your fit is as unique as your ride.

Our Approach

We combine over 10 years of real-world race and mechanic experience with a rider-first mindset. That means we don’t just measure angles—we listen to your needs, assess your position on and off the bike, and make data-informed adjustments that make a difference.

Whether you’re on a road bike, gravel, triathlon setup, or MTB, we’ll help you find your ideal fit.

You shouldn’t have to “get used to” your bike.
Let’s make your bike fit you.

What Sets This Coaching Apart?

Real Race Experience
With over 10 years competing on top teams like Audi, Canyon Bicycles, Hangar15, Garneau-Applewood, and Expeditors, your coach knows what it takes to prepare, peak, and perform at the highest levels of domestic racing. Whether you’re aiming for your first crit win or targeting a national event, you’re getting insight that only comes from time in the peloton.

Multi-Sport Background
Before bikes, there was the pool. With a competitive swimming background through USA Swimming at the State, Regional, and National levels—including NCAA competition in high school and college—your coach understands endurance from multiple angles. That cross-sport perspective means smarter training, better recovery strategies, and a deep understanding of how to build true athletic durability.

Athlete-Centered Approach
This isn’t cookie-cutter coaching. We build a plan around your goals, lifestyle, strengths, and areas for growth. Whether you’re a road racer, gravel grinder, triathlete, or time-crunched rider, we’ll meet you where you’re at and get you where you want to go.

Data-Driven, Human-Led
Power, heart rate, TSS, CTL—we speak the language of modern endurance training. But the real difference comes from interpreting the numbers through the lens of racing experience and athlete psychology.
